Jambul or Jamun is a purple coloured summer fruit. Latin name Syzygium cumini. It is also called Jamun in India and Pakistan. It is known by several local names such as jambas, jamun, neredu, naval, nerale, jamali, java plum, jambolan, rajaman, kala jamun, black plum and black berry. It is a large evergreen Asian tree of the myrtle family. Fruits are eaten raw and may be used to make tarts, sauces and jam. It is beneficial for health. There is vitamin A, B, C, calcium, protein found in Jamun.

Ise namak laga kar khane se laziz ho jata hai jo zyada paka hua siyahi mail ho to wo behtar hai khasosan garam tabiyat walon ke balon ko girne se bachata hai urine me shakar ane se rokta hai jamun barhti hui tili ke lye bhi boht mufid hai ise wese bhi khaya ja sakta hai is ka sharbat bana kar pina bhi mufid hai.

Ahtiyati tadabir (precautions):

Jamun jigar ke lye nuqsan dah bhi hai jin logon ka gala ya phephre kharab hon wo ye hargiz na khaen.

Mujarbat

Nuskha no 1 : “sugar ke elaj ke lye”(for diabetes)
Sugar ke elaj ke lye jamun ki ghutli 100 gram pis kar safof bana len khorak 3 gram subha or sham is se sugar khatam ho jata hai.

Nuskha no 2 : “kamzor meda ke elaj ke lye”(for weak stomach)
Jin marizon ka meda kamzor or giza dair tak hazam na hoti ho mun se pani bhar bhar ke ata ho un ke lye subha ke waqt ½ pao se ½ ser tak jamun ke phal ka nashta karna qudrati or sasti dawa hai.

Nuskha no 3 : “pairia ke amraz ke lye”
Pairia ke amraz ke lye jamun ki ghutliyon ka guda 2 tola namak siyah 1 tola aqirqa 6 mashe tino ajza barik pis kar subha or sham danto or masorhon pr malna khon or pip nikalne ko band karta hai zakhami mashon ko mazbot bana deta hai.

Nuskha no 4 : “safed dago ke lye”(fo white spots)
Safed dago ke lye jamun pise hue 3 masha makhan 2 tola mila kar aese safed dagon pr jo jalne se namudar ho ate hain chand roz bator marham lagane se taklif dor ho jati hai.

Nuskha no 5: “kashta loh chon ke lye”
Kashta loh chon ke lye 1 piyali me loh chon rakh kar oper jamun dal den dhop me rakh den khob kashta ho jae ga ise dho kar istamal Karen jo taqwiyat meda or purane dast or bawasir ke lye mufid hai.

Nuskha no 6 : “bagal gand ke lye”
Jamun ki chal or jamun ke pate har ek 12 12 gram dono ko pani me bhigo den is se baglen dhoya Karen 2 din me bagal gand jata rahe ga.

Nuskha no 7 : “jigar me khon ki kami ke lye”(for liver)
Kashta folad jamun ke pate ka ras or phal ka ras me burada aman dal den kuch arsa dhop me para rehne den nehayat umdah kashta folad tayar ho ga. Zaf jigar me kami khon malaria bukhar me mufid hai.

Nuskha no 8 : “pao ke zakham ke lye”(for feet injuries)
Jamun ki ghutli pis kar lagane se jab aap naya jota pehante hain to aksar paon me zakham ho jate hain ghutli pis kar lagae se jald aram ajata hai.

Nuskha no 9 : “bohar jamun”
Bohar jamun jamuno ko jala kar pani me ghol den pani ko achi tarha chan len or paka kar urha den bohar tayar hai ziyabitis ke lye aksir hai.

Nuskha no 10 : “kasrat hez se aram k lye”
Kasrat hez se aram barg jamun saya me khushk kar ke barik safof banal en brabar ki misri mila kar rakh choren har roz 9 gram sard pani se khilaya Karen kasrat hez jo kisi dawai se jane me na aae is se nijat ho gi.

Nuskha no 11 : “anton ki kamzori dor karne ke lye”(for weak stomach)
Meda anton ki kamzori dor karne or sakht giza hazam karne ke lye 1 pao jamun ke sirke me 3 pao shakar mila kar skin jen banal en ye skin jen subha sham istamal kar ke faida uthaen.
