mere bhai ap ko preshan hone ki koi zarorat nai he. Ap apni runing timing barhao . Jese phle agar 15 mint runing kar sakte ho to or 5 mint barhao 20 min runing kar sake ho to or time do runing ko . Agar ks ke ilawa koi or problam he to reply kro.

stamina 4 cheezon se barta hai,running,walking,cycling,swimming,agar aap ke paas time hai tu koshish karein kai rozana subha 1 hour jogging karein,ya phir 2 ghantey swimming,ya phir shaam kai time 2 ghantey cycling bhi ki jasakti hai
