Rumour Has It, Fawad Who Is Currently In Pakistan Might Not Return To India For ADHM Promotions family, wedding pictures, age, height, weight, biography
After eighteen soldiers were killed in the Uri terror attack, MNS threatened Pakistani actors to leave India in 28 hours. Ameya Khopkar, president of the MNS Chitrapat Karmachari Sena, had said:
“When our soldiers are being killed on the borders by Pakistan, why should we host their actors here? We warn all Pakistani actors to leave India in the next 48 hours. If they do not do so, MNS activists will give them a thrashing.”
Shalini Thackeray, General Secretary of MNS Chitrapat Karamchari Sena said,
“It is not a veiled threat. It’s a direct threat to producers like Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar who take Pakistani actors in their movies. Can’t you find Indian actors for your films? In this 125 crores Indian population, can’t you find a single Indian actor to cast in your films that you import people from a place like Pakistan, a country with which we all are facing a problem? It’s not a veiled threat but a direct threat. We will not allow the release of these movies here.”
After the reports of MNS threatening, there were several reports claimed that actor Fawad Khan, who was last seen in Kapoor & sons has left India. However, contradicting all such reports, an Indian express report strongly claims that Fawad did not leave India because of the threats, instead, he did so because his wife is expecting their second child. Fawad has taken some time off and that’s the reason why he might not come back to India in October to promote Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
The Karan Johar film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma is slated for a grand Diwali release but because of personal commitments, Fawad might not fly back to India.
