As the ongoing debate of Pakistani artists should not work in Bollywood, Ajay Devgn came forward quite unexpectedly and making his point clear that he won’t work with Pakistani artist from now on. The Uri attack has led to many shocking decisions including MNS protesting against artists of Pakistan to go away to their hometown. Ajay said in an interview that he will not work with any artist of neighboring country when the attacks are still going on.
Ajay feels sad about the situation and he even joined Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh in abandoning to work with Pakistani artists, and he is shocked with other celebs response, of not taking a stand on this issue.
Kajol Devgn supports her husband’s statement. She even poured her feelings out on Twitter saying that she is proud of her husband for being non-political and taking a firm stand of not working with the artist of the cross-border.
Ajay’s statement is a shock for many in the industry. His upcoming movie “Shivaay” is releasing with Karan Johar’s “Ae dil hai mushkil” in October. He is not worried about his film’s release in Pakistan rather his concern is entirely for his country, and he is open to say aloud on this issue, and he will not share screen space with any artist of Pakistan when the current situation is not good. Fawad Khan has a small role in Karan Johar’s movie “Ae dil hai mushkil” which MNS is against of its release.

MNS wants Fawad’s role to be edited from the movie. They even want Mahira Khan’s role in “Raees” starrer Shahrukh Khan, to be deleted completely.
Ajay expressed his views on Twitter, urging people to look for the complete interview that he is not against any of his friends.
Ajay further elaborated that he will stand by his nation and will not work with any Pakistani artists. He also added that we should learn from them, even after earning in India they are sticking by their nation.
Salman Khan and Karan Johar are not in favor of the banning of Pakistani artists. Karan said that banning artists is entirely not a solution to stop terrorism.
