eeta Bagri is a drama serial that revolves around Seeta, an educationist with an aim to make education accessible and possible for all, especially the underprivileged. HIP got in touch with Gilani, who plays Seeta, to find out how difficult it was to learn Hindi?
“It was difficult to get a good flow initially but as days went by we all got the hang of it,” Gilani shared. “Thanks to all the Hindi films that we have seen growing up the adaptation of words into sentiments has become easier.”
She further added that her character is a positive one.
“Seeta is the only girl in her entire community who is learned thus wants to spread education among other girls of her community. She is the epitome of truth and sincerity. She’s an optimist and wants to give her all to the people she loves!”
Adnan Siddiqui, who recently launched his own production company, called Cereal Entertainment Company, earlier told HIP that his aim is to produce serials with a significant impact.
“I might do typical serials but I won’t demean myself. I’d work on scripts that attract me or are substantial in a particular manner.”

Siddiqui had also said that his first venture wasn’t your typical, run-off-the-mill soap opera.
“Right now, our first serial is based on a Hindu story. It stars Sarwat Gilani, Bushra Ansari and Syed Jibran. Hopefully we’ll continue making serials that are anything but run-off-the-mill.”
From the looks of it, it seems Siddiqui has remained true to his words. Apart from Gilani, the serial also stars Bushra Ansari (Nandani Daas), Syed Jibran (Rattan Lal), Shameen Khan (Mala Rani), and Qavi Khan (Badrinath) and promises to be packed with strong performances.
