It looks like Farhan Saeed and Urwa Hocane’s fans will have to wait a little bit longer for the wedding invite. Rumours were rife that the two heartthrobs are all set to tie the knot this December, but when HIP contacted Hocane, she confirmed that it was exactly what we feared it was – a rumour!
Wait, what? We were already half way through our ’10 lehngas Urwa Hocane should consider for her big day’ listicle. I guess we’ll have to trash that one now. But we have a hunch that it was indeed a dreaded lehnga that started this rumour.

A few weeks back, Hocane was spotted trying out a bridal dress at Nomi Ansari’s studio and a fan captured the moment and shared it on social media.
We don’t know what the trials were for, but like any desi aunty, we started hearing wedding bells as soon as we saw the picture and so, it seems, did rest of the world.
Hocane is currently shooting for Amir Mohiuddin’s film, Rangreza, opposite Gohar Rasheed and Bilal Ashraf.
She has already shot for another film, Jhol, which again has Bilal Ashraf as the male lead and is expected to release sometime next year. Directed by Shahid Shafaat, the film – which was earlier titled Two+Two – has an ensemble cast of Bilal Ashraf, Saleem Miraj, Ali Azmat and Urwa Hocane, with film veterans Mustafa Qureshi and Babra Sharif making their comeback.

Farhan Saeed, on the other hand, is currently focusing on his music. The singer recently collaborated with the England based producer Richie Rich and Mumbai-based film-maker Mohit Suri to develop his own album. It seems he has a taken a much-deserved break from acting after his successful venture, Udaari.
