Achari Chicken Recipe in urdu hindi, written recipe

Ingredients: for 4 to 5 servings

Marination ke liye (For marination):

Murgh haddi ke saath (Chicken with bones): 500 grams
Bareek namak (Salt): ½ teaspoon
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder): ½ teaspoon
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder): 1 teaspoon
Adrak lehsan ka paste (Ginger garlic paste): 1 teaspoon
Dahi (Curd): ½ cup

1. Medium size ke chicken pieces ko dho lijiye aur paani nithar lijiye.

2. Is mein bareek namak daliye, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, adrak lehsan ka paste aur pheta hua dahi daliye.

3. Achhi tarah se milakar ek ghante ke liye marinate hone ke liye rakh dijiye.

Ingredients:

Sabith dhaniya (Coriander seeds): 1 teaspoon
Sabith zeera (Cumin seeds): 1 teaspoon
Rai (Mustard seeds): ½ teaspoon
Kalonji (Black seeds): 1/4th teaspoon
Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds): ½ teaspoon

Procedure:

1. Frying pan mein sabith dhaniya daliye, sabith zeera, rai, methi daana aur kalonji daliye.

2. Badami rang ka hone tak inhe bhoon lijiye.

3. Pan se nikalkar inko grind kijiye aur bareek powder bana lijiye.

Final preparation:

Ingredients:

Tel (Cooking oil): 3 tablespoons
Pyaaz (Onion): 1 big
Tamatar (Tomatoes):2
Kari patta (Curry leaves): a handful
Adrak lehsan ka paste (Ginger garlic paste): 1 tablespoon
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder): ½ teaspoon
Bareek namak (Salt): ½ teaspoon
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder): 2 ½ teaspoons
Kata hua hara dhaniya (Chopped coriander): a handful
Kate hue pudine ke patte (Chopped mint leaves): a handful
Nimbu (Lemon): ½

Procedure:

1. Ek ghanta baad jab chicken marinate ho jaaye, saucepan mein tel (oil) daliye.

2. Kati hui pyaaz daliye, pyaaz ko badami rang ki hone tak tal lijiye.

3. Kari patta daliye, adrak lehsan ka paste, haldi powder, marinate kiye hue chicken ke pieces daliye, kate hue tamatar daliye aur achhi tarah se milakar dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.

4. Medium se tez aanch par pakaiyye ke chicken ke pieces aadhe gal jaayein. (Poori tarah se agar gal jayenge, tab inko bhunna mushkil hojayega aur gosht haddi se alag ho jayega).

5. Tel chhootne tak chicken ke pieces ko bhuniye.

6. Bareek namak daliye, masala powder daliye jo humne pees kar rakha tha, lal mirch powder, kata hua hara dhaniya, kate hue pudine ke patte aur dhai cup paani (2 ½ cups water) dalkar achhi tarah se mila lijiye. Dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.

7. Dheemi aanch par chicken ke pieces poori tarah se galne tak pakaiyye.

8. Nimbu ka ras daliye. Achhi tarah se mila lijiye.

ANOTHER RECIPE

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
Achar masala 2 tbsp cup
Achar gosht masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Fennel seeds grinded 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green chili grinded 1 tbsp
Papaya 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Oil ¼ cup

Method

Marinate chicken boti with papaya ginger garlic.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, salt.
Add achaar masala, achaar gosht masala
And all the rest put in a greased oven trey bake on 180 degrees for 35 mins give dum of coal.
